A Few Notes From Our Guests

Dear Bart and Brian
Thank you so much for everything Friday night... The minute we walked in the door and were greeted by your hostess who made me feel we have known each other for years to the time when we left, we have never been
treated so personal and professional. The atmosphere was amazing, the music was wonderful, the drinks, the appetizers, the food was amazing...I feel we have know each other for years... We have shared our
experience with a lot of people already and they look forward to dining there. Interesting thing we were telling our youngest daughter Kylee who just got married in June about our night... And she said " Was one of the guys dark hair handsome and had longer hair?" I said yes that would be Brian the performer... She said Oh I know him... he comes into
pita pit almost everyday and orders food and sometimes she delivers lunch to you guys. She has been sung to by Brian at the pita pit... he calls her the little gaged ear girl.... YES that is my daughter. She also is a breakfast hostess for us at the Hampton Inn. She said she is saving up to take her husband Shane there for dinner... Hmmmm maybe we will join them... My birthday is coming up and I have already told Blaine that is where I want to go... This time though I am having the filet like he had... It was the best tasting steak we have ever had... We eat out a lot and socialize a lot so you can count on us coming there a lot... Again Thank you for the most amazing magical night we have had
in a long time.
Friends forever

My first dining experience at The Cellar imprinted upon me that it would not be my last dining experience there.  The staff was polite, accommodating, and attentive.  The bar staff had wonderful recommendations on spirits.  The best part was my dinner -- the butternut squash ravioli -- which was the best entree that I have had in years.  I was absolutely blown out of the water with how yummy it was -- I felt like I was eating the month of November.  The restaurant is perfectly priced for its atmosphere and quality and quantity of food.

I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how very impressed I was with my dining experience at your restaurant this past weekend. My Fiancé and I had reservations this past Saturday at 7pm and I just had to tell you that I was very impressed. I recently moved from South Florida and the one thing I really miss is having a large selection of fine dining establishments to frequent. I've been asking around for the past few weeks and everyone I spoke with told me to go to "The Cellar", it's the best place in town. They all mentioned how expensive it was though. So I went online to see if you had a website and was pleasantly surprised to see such reasonable prices on your menu. I'm used to spending 60-80 dollars per entree' at a decent restaurant in Miami Beach or Boca Raton, so 20-30 dollars per entree' is not expensive to me.

The atmosphere was incredible, the wait staff was friendly and extremely courteous and your food rivaled that of many of the more upscale restaurants in South Florida. I had the Filet and my Fiancé the Salmon, both cooked to perfection and both with incredible flavor! We also had "The Cellar Margarita's" which were extremely tasty!

Thank you for a wonderful dining experience and I look forward to dining there again real soon.

Sincerely, Christopher Rodocker
