My first dining experience at The Cellar imprinted upon me that it would not be my last dining experience there. The staff was polite, accommodating, and attentive. The bar staff had wonderful recommendations on spirits. The best part was my dinner -- the butternut squash ravioli -- which was the best entree that I have had in years. I was absolutely blown out of the water with how yummy it was -- I felt like I was eating the month of November. The restaurant is perfectly priced for its atmosphere and quality and quantity of food.

I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how very impressed I was with my dining experience at your restaurant this past weekend. My Fiancé and I had reservations this past Saturday at 7pm and I just had to tell you that I was very impressed. I recently moved from South Florida and the one thing I really miss is having a large selection of fine dining establishments to frequent. I've been asking around for the past few weeks and everyone I spoke with told me to go to "The Cellar", it's the best place in town. They all mentioned how expensive it was though. So I went online to see if you had a website and was pleasantly surprised to see such reasonable prices on your menu. I'm used to spending 60-80 dollars per entree' at a decent restaurant in Miami Beach or Boca Raton, so 20-30 dollars per entree' is not expensive to me.

The atmosphere was incredible, the wait staff was friendly and extremely courteous and your food rivaled that of many of the more upscale restaurants in South Florida. I had the Filet and my Fiancé the Salmon, both cooked to perfection and both with incredible flavor! We also had "The Cellar Margarita's" which were extremely tasty!

Thank you for a wonderful dining experience and I look forward to dining there again real soon.

Wray and I celebrated our 36th Anniversary at the Cellar on Monday night. We both thought it was the best dinner we have had at the Cellar since you opened. The food was perfect as was the presentation. Mandi, our server, helped make it so nice with her great service and pleasant smile. Even your nice young host who greeted us helped make for what was a perfect evening.

I enjoy reading your Cellar notes as you have a wonderful enthusiasm for the Cellar and your family. Keep enjoying life and thanks for a nice evening.

I ate at your restaurant last night for the first time with a couple of my friends. Shawna Southwick was one of those friends.

We just wanted you to know that we thoroughly enjoyed the night. The service and the food was wonderful. We are looking forward to dining at The Cellar again.
